CloudBase ("we", "us") is a product of CloudBase Network LLC, 85 Aidan Way, Selden, NY 11784, providing a mobile application for viewing live aviation weather cameras and weather data. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password when you create an account.
Subscription data: Apple App Store transaction identifiers and subscription status, provided to us by Apple when you purchase a subscription through the app.
Usage data: basic server logs (IP address, request timestamps) for security and debugging. These are not linked to your account and are retained for 30 days.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any other device data. We do not use advertising identifiers or tracking pixels.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To verify and manage your subscription entitlement.
To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store: subscription purchases and renewals are processed by Apple. Apple's Privacy Policy governs their handling of payment data.
FAA Weather Camera Program: camera images and site data are sourced from the FAA Redistribution API under a data sharing agreement. No personal information is shared with the FAA.
DigitalOcean: our servers are hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the United States.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at info@cloudbasenet.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children

CloudBase is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date.
