Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the CloudBase app ("App"), provided by CloudBase Network LLC, 85 Aidan Way, Selden, NY 11784, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.

3. Subscriptions

Full access to the App requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual), purchased through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, manage your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except as required by law.
A free trial, if offered, begins at account creation. Any unused portion is forfeited upon purchase.

4. Weather Data Disclaimer

CloudBase displays aviation weather camera imagery and weather data sourced from the FAA and other providers for situational awareness only. This data must not be used as the sole basis for flight planning or go/no-go decisions. Always consult official FAA and NWS sources before flight. CloudBase is not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@cloudbasenet.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Prohibited Use

Scraping, automated access, or redistribution of camera feeds or weather data without written permission.
Sharing account credentials or subscription access with others.
Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, and code are owned by CloudBase or its licensors. FAA camera imagery is provided under the FAA Weather Camera redistribution program and remains the property of the FAA.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudBase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
